Ways to give this Holiday Season

Donate to support the WHUMC community kitchen renovation!

Your donation will go directly towards the building of the new community kitchen at WHUMC. The kitchen will serve as training space for Next Move Program students who then have the opportunity to be employed at Tablespoons Bakery. The kitchen will also be available for rent for local small businesses and community members. Donations can be made HERE.

Donation to support Westover Hills United Methodist Church

Your donation directly supports the outreach efforts of the church. Westover Hills UMC works directly with organizations such as Belmont Food Pantry, Pace Center, Unity in Gilpin Court and Westover Hills Elementary School. Donations can be made HERE.

Reverse Advent Calendar

Beginning November 29th, fill a box to bless a family in need by adding a non-perishable food each day. At the end of Advent, you can donate the box to a local food pantry, or you can deliver your box to Westover Hills UMC on Monday, January 4th between 1p.m – 4 p.m. and your box will be given to Belmont Food Pantry.

Cards of Hope

The cards will be going to food pantry guests and volunteers throughout the greater-Richmond area. Are you unsure what to say? A simple message of inspiration is perfect. The recipients of these cards are coming from all ages, races, and religions – so please ensure they are all-inclusive. A nice picture or drawing is always nice too. Cards can be left in the church mailbox.

Donation to support the WHUMC Tot Lot!

Your donation will be applied to the ongoing costs of maintaining a beautiful and safe place for preschool and neighborhood children to grow and play. Donations can be made HERE.
